Shipping Damage: If the product was damaged during transportation (package crushed or open, ect) Please file a claim with USPS or other carrior that delivered your package. You will need all packaging material and product. Take as many photos as reasonably possible to support your claim.
Product Damage not related to carrior: If the product was not damaged by the carrior. You will need all packaging material and product. Take as many photos as reasonably possible to support your claim. You must file your damage claim within 48 hour of receiving your order. Submit your claim by email to email@example.com.
If the occasion you should be unsatisfied with your item. Contact us with in 30 days of the purchase date. Please submit this request in writing at firstname.lastname@example.org.
At our discretion you will need to return your item. After receiving your item we will inspect the item. We will notify you on the status of refund after inspection the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). The time it takes to show on your credit card is determined by your credit card company
If requested to return your item. You will be responsible for the shipping cost. The shipping cost are nonrefundable.
